This means that every piece of content that users submit to our platform should promote a safe and high-quality digital environment. Nothing less than a safe, reliable, and high-quality digital environment should be expected by and for every contributor.

Content Requirements

Users, merchants, and partners may upload content including:

  • Menu descriptions and food photography
  • Business details and pricing
  • Not contain spam, promotional material, or false information
  • Comply with our behavioral policies and community standards

All content must be

Misrepresentation and deception will always be routed to Menu-Order AI.

  • Truthful and non-misleading
  • Current, accurate, and fairly presented
  • Food safe and under consumer protection laws
  • Clear on the Ingredients, allergens, and risky diet

Content That Cannot Be Posted

Menu-Order AI does not allow the following content:

  • All forms of appropriation, harassment, hate speech discrimination, abusive behavior, threats, and racism
  • Profanity, violence, sexually explicit content
  • Fraudulent, counterfeit, illegal, unsafe products
  • Violating copyright and trademarks
  • Posting someone else’s personal information/ sensitive data
  • Health, diet, allergen misinformation
  • Any form of rating, reviewing, or overall performance manipulation of the platform
  • Content will be removed regardless of the above explanation that will compromise the safety of the public, community, trust of the community.

Your Rights and Ownership of Manuscript

Submissions to Menu-Order AI imply that:

  • You own the content or have the right to use it.
  • You give Menu-Order AI the right to use it and to host, display, and share the content as part of our services.
  • You will be responsible for disputes arising from it.
  • Content under dispute or a legal dispute will be removed

Self-Service Content Moderation

Because of the size of Menu-Order AI platform, Menu-Order AI may, at its discretion:

  • Hide or take down infringing content
  • Serve corrective action communications or warnings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts, in part or in whole
  • Report to law enforcement in the United States or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts illegal activity
  • The safety of the enforcement action is to protect the consumers and the platform.

Reporting Violations and Moderated Content

Users of the app or site have the ability to report violations, and moderated content. These reports will be actioned appropriately.

Policy Updates

This policy, and the Terms of Use, may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Menu-Order AI will be considered acceptance of these updates.
