Thank you for using Menu-Order AI! These are our Terms of Service. Please don’t skip any part of it. By using Menu-Order AI you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.
Your Use of Menu-Order AI
Menu-Order AI allows you to find meals for different dietary needs, whether it be high-protein, low-carb, or GLP-1 friendly options. Responsible use of our technology helps us provide you service to the best of our abilities:
- Denote your dietary needs accurately.
- Refrain from any unlawful use of the service.
- Respect the property rights of the menu and our service.
- Manipulative uses of our technology, including attempts to gain unauthorized access, are to be avoided.
Information and Recommendations
Our recommendations and menus are not to be considered as medical advice. If you are prescribed GLP-1 medication, have any of the conditions we suggested, please consult your physician. Also keep in mind that the nutritional information available at the restaurants may be outdated.
Privacy and Data Handling
We value your privacy and comprehensive privacy policy may help you with any additional questions. We may profile you based upon your dietary preferences, geographical location, and interaction with the service. This policy is part of the current agreement.
Intellectual Property
Access to Menu-Order AI’s platform, algorithms, and interface are proprietary. Without prior consent, copying, sharing, or altering our technologies is forbidden.
The menu and nutritional information is accessed through licensed agreements with our data suppliers.
Limitations and Liability
We aim to be precise and dependable, however, Menu-Order AI assumes no responsibility for any indirect damages, unforeseen damages, loss of data, or profit. If applicable, our total liability is capped at the fee you paid for the service.
Service Availability
We try to ensure Menu-Order AI is always available, however, there may be temporary unavailability due to updates and maintenance or for technical reasons. We can change features, or add new, suspend, or remove existing features at any time.
Working with Third-Party Services
Integration with external platforms, including restaurant websites, delivery applications, and nutritional databases, is part of Menu-Order AI’s functionality. We are not liable for the content, accuracy, or availability of such external services. Use of those services is governed by the terms of service for that specific external service.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at our discretion. Changes take effect when posted on our site. Your continued use of Menu-Order AI constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We will communicate material updates through email or in-app notifications.
Ending Your Access
We may suspend your account or cancel your account if these terms are not followed or for other reasons. Access to Menu-Order AI ends instantaneously.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Menu-Order AI operates. Disputes will be resolved in arbitration.
SMS Messaging
Order AI LLC operates Menu-Order AI SMS messaging. We offer two separate SMS programs. Each requires its own consent, and neither is required to sign up for or use the app.
Phone verification codes: When you select the SMS verification consent checkbox and request a code in the app, you agree to receive SMS verification codes at the number you provide. Message frequency: one verification message per code request, including requests to resend a code.
Marketing messages: When you select a marketing consent checkbox, either in the Menu-Order AI app or on the Menu-Order AI web form shown after scanning a Menu-Order AI QR code, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Menu-Order AI at the number you provide, including messages sent using an autodialer. These include offers to download and use the Menu-Order AI app and promotional offers on Menu-Order AI subscriptions, such as limited-time discounts for users who have not yet subscribed. After subscribing, you receive one confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency: up to 5 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive an opt-out confirmation. Further messages will be blocked unless you opt back in. To re-enable messages, reply START to the same number.
